Presenter Submission Forms are due by October 1, 2026, and require the following:

  • Final PPT slide deck
  • PDF version of your final slides for attendee handouts  
  • Financial disclosure form  

  What Happens Next 

  • A calendar invitation with session details will be sent out with your final session time
  • You will receive an email containing your unique Zoom Presenter link (check your junk mail folder)
  • Webinar instructions and walkthrough will occur during the pre-conference briefing sessions scheduled on September 29th and October 14

What to Expect on the Day 

  • Test your audio and video before joining the webinar
  • Use your presenter link to join 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session
  • When joining the webinar, you will be admitted to the backstage area. 
  • A moderator will introduce each presentation  
  • Q&A will occur live following each talk (format may vary slightly by session)  
  • Technical support will be available throughout the event  

Important Reminders 

  • Presenter submission forms due by October 1, 2026 
  • Test your audio/video setup in advance of the event  
  • Ensure your presentation environment is quiet, professional, and well-lit  
  • Have your presentation file open and ready before your session begins 
  • At least one co-author must be available live during the session, if applicable  
  • Please ensure you are proficient in English, as presentations will be delivered in English
