Pre-Conference Briefing Sessions

To prepare for the conference, we will host two live pre-conference briefing sessions. During these sessions, we'll review the webinar platform, presenter logistics, and what to expect on the day of the event.

Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. ET or Wednesday, October 14, 2026 - 2:00 p.m. ET

Attendance at one briefing session is strongly encouraged to ensure you are familiar with the presentation platform and conference procedures before your presentation. 


What Happens Next 

  • A calendar invitation with session details will be sent out with your final session time
  • Before your scheduled pre-conference briefing, you will receive an email containing your unique Zoom Presenter link.

What to Expect on Conference Day 

  • Use your presenter link to join 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session
  • A moderator will introduce each presentation  
  • Q&A will occur live following each talk (format may vary slightly by session)  
  • Technical support will be available throughout the event  

Important Reminders 

  • Presenter Content and Disclosures forms due by October 1, 2026 
  • Test your audio/video setup in advance of the event  
  • Ensure your presentation environment is quiet, professional, and well-lit  
  • At least one co-author must be available live during the session, if applicable  
  • Please ensure you are proficient in English, as presentations will be delivered in English
