Frequently Asked Questions
How long is my presentation?
Your presentation length is based on the time slot assigned in the conference agenda. Please refer to the agenda and your presenter confirmation materials for your scheduled presentation time.
Do oral presenters need to attend the live conference?
Yes. Oral presenters are required to attend the live conference and present their session at their scheduled time. They should also be available to answer questions from attendees during the live Q&A, if applicable.
Do poster presenters have to stay for the entire conference?
Yes. Poster presenters are registered conference attendees and are expected to participate in the conference beyond their own presentation. Poster presenters are expected to attend the live virtual poster hall to discuss their poster and answer any questions during the virtual poster hall designated times. This will be discussed further and practiced during the practice/briefing sessions.
Will there be a presenter rehearsal or briefing session?
To prepare for the conference, we will host two live pre-conference briefing sessions. During these sessions, we'll review the webinar platform, presenter logistics, and what to expect on the day of the event. Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. ET or Wednesday, October 14, 2026 - 2:00 p.m. ET. Attendance at one briefing session is strongly encouraged to ensure you are familiar with the presentation platform and conference procedures before your presentation.
