Hospital Wide Mobility Study Opportunity: Exploring Solutions to Addressing Immobility Harm
This episode of our Lessons in Nursing Leadership Webinar Series explores a multicenter trial comparing two evidence-based interventions aimed at improving mobility in hospitalized older adults. Researchers from Johns Hopkins University and the Bloomberg School of Public Health are preparing a grant application to the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). If funded, the study will take place at 14 hospitals and focus on patients aged 55 and older admitted to general medicine and surgery units.
