Katherine Finn Davis, PhD, RN, APRN, CPNP, FAAN, is the Stephanie Marshall & Charles Miller Endowed Director for Community Partnerships at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene. In her many roles, she directs statewide efforts to integrate evidence-based practice and research across all levels of healthcare, from bedside clinicians to administration and academia, to improve patient outcomes.


Asterlou Raquel, BSN, RN, is the Manager of Clinical Quality Projects at Hawaii Pacific Health. With nearly two decades of health care experience in clinical care, nursing informatics, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice, she leads systemwide initiatives and partners with clinicians, educators, and leaders to improve patient and staff outcomes.


Ean Inh Smith, BSN, RN, BC-MS, is a Clinical Nurse with 23 years of experience on the Advanced Respiratory and Emerging Disease Unit at The Queen’s Medical Center. Passionate about nurse well-being and self-care, she serves as Chair of the Nurse Well-Being and Engagement Council and promotes evidence-based wellness practices that support healing of mind, body, and spirit among frontline nurses.


Christina Bates, BSN, RN, is a pediatric registered nurse with more than 14 years of clinical experience. She currently serves as an Outpatient Registered Nurse at Shriners Children’s Hawaii, where she provides care for children with neurological and developmental conditions and contributes to infection prevention, occupational health, and nursing professional practice initiatives.


MAJ Mihye Sol is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and the Director of the Perioperative Nursing Course at Madigan Army Medical Center. Commissioned into the Army Nurse Corps in 2010, her career spans clinical leadership as well as operational missions across the globe. She blends implementation science and leadership coaching to drive reproducible, data-informed improvements. She is a published author and frequent presenter on perioperative patient safety, workflow optimization, and nurse well-being
