This 2-hour interactive session will explore the connection between higher levels of emotional intelligence and effective leadership. Research supports the need for personal growth in increasing one’s self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this educational session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the core components of emotional intelligence
- Explore how emotional intelligence relates to personal and organizational success
- Identify at least two strategies to strengthen one’s emotional intelligence
Time: The live sessions will be presented during Eastern Standard Time.
Equipment: You will need a computer with internet access, a webcam, and a microphone. Live sessions will be presented virtually via Zoom. Please test your computer's video and audio before the event.

All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be received in writing 2 weeks before the event date to receive a refund, minus the 20% cancellation fee. We are unable to make refunds after the 2-week deadline. The Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing (IJHN) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, IJHN will refund the course fee but is not responsible for travel expenses.
Live events and webinars are not routinely recorded unless specified on the course page. If you do not attend the live event, a refund will not be available.
