From Vision to Action: Co-founding an EBP Academy to Train Healthcare Professionals
This episode from our Leading EBP Webinar Series examines the creation of the Indo-American Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Academy to advance evidence-based practice through global collaboration, education, and leadership development for nurses and healthcare professionals. The Academy delivers structured EBP courses and fellowship programs designed to strengthen knowledge, implementation skills, and leadership capacity using interactive and practice-focused learning strategies. These programs support nurses and nurse leaders in building competency in EBP and leading sustainable improvements in healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
