7: Monitoring and Coaching
This course provides a framework for regular contacts with patients to monitor adherence and support self-management.

Katherine P. Frey, MPH is a Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. As a project director for over eight years, she has extensive experience the coordination and management of large research studies in trauma, geriatrics, and patient self-management.
Ms. Frey also has rich experience in planning and delivering educational programs to professionals in a variety of domestic and international settings and healthcare specialties. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Nursing in the Clinical Nurse Leader program.
Ms. Frey has been co-author of a number of publications in the fields of trauma and geriatrics, and has presented on a variety of topics at national conferences. She holds a Master's of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
