After participating in this activity, the participant will demonstrate the ability to: 

  • Summarize the current use of antibiotics in exacerbations
  • Describe a hypotheses for why there is incomplete recovery following a pulmonary  exacerbation
  • Review current approaches to prevent pulmonary exacerbations
