Preparing for an Active Shooter in the Clinical and Non-clinical Environment
The Active Shooter Course was developed by Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Office of Emergency Management and Corporate Security using the Run, Hide, Fight framework endorsed by federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. The training focuses on the three options an individual has during an active shooter incident, what to expect and what to do when law enforcement officers arrive and what to expect in the immediate aftermath.
A certificate of completion will be available to download/print at the end of the course if your place of employment requires training verification.
