After completing the supplemental modules, the learner will be able to: discuss evidence-based strategies for the assessment and management of chronic conditions among community-dwelling older adults; describe cultural competence in the care of older adults; discuss strategies for teaching health information and skills to older adults; and identify strategies for assessment of elder abuse and neglect.
